We had a problem with the picture quality of our 42" HD LED TV. The owner/technician came to our house, inspected the TV and diagnosed the problem. Member Comments: The technician described the problem in detail, told us the cost to repair it and gave his opinion as to whether to repair the TV or purchase a new one. He recommended we buy a new TV, he explained the pros and cons of LED vs. plasma and he suggested several brands to consider. Fixed a Magnovox TV.
Member Comments: The TV took 5-7 minutes to come on. Called the TV man. He was in the area. He replaced 3 capacitors and soldered all connections to be sure. The man was very friendly and efficient. "Bob" Angie's List Member

I want to say a big Thank You to Dee, at Certified Electronics. Because of her suggestion, I got a $900 credit from Mitsubishi, to The Big Screen Store. My 52" DLP television 'died', and I called Certified Electronics asking about service. The TV is 5+ years old, and no longer under warranty. Dee recommended I call Mitsubishi anyway, because they are known to have great customer service, and maybe they would issue me a credit<?> Wow, was I pleasantly surprised when they offered me a $900 credit toward a new TV. My wife and I were delighted with the service we received in Ellicott City. The people were pleasant, proffessional and very efficient. Our old phonograph was serviced very well and it's doing great.
