Our Service Policies
In-Home/on-site repair rates for labor vary by product type.
We charge a flat trip charge of $35.00 to travel to your site within a 35 mile radius of our service center. This is a one time charge if the estimate is approved while the technician is in the home.
The diagnostic charge is due at the time the technician has examined the unit and determined the course of trouble. This charge is applied towards the labor to repair the unit and will be included in the price quoted to you. If you decide not to repair the unit the diagnostic charge covers the cost of the technicians' time spent troubleshooting.
Carry in repairs require an up front diagnostic charge that will apply to the total of the repair. Again these vary by product type.
